  How has living in or around Atlanta influenced the way you see your community, culture, or identity? If you were speaking to someone unfamiliar with Atlanta, what would you want them to understand about your community?


Living in Atlanta has influenced the way I see my community as overall it's extremely diverse. Since I was little I've been surrounded by different cultures and people, This in turn has effected my culture as I've lived in a majority Chinese area most of my life and have since sort of been introduced to their culture and identity. I would want someone who doesn't live in Atlanta to understand that this city's culture is an diverse area full of different kinds of people and cultures. I would want them to understand that the community is diverse and built on a foundation of music and food.

What are three goals that you want to achieve this academic year?

For this academic year my three goals that I hope to achieve are to finish my marching band season strong, be able to do well on all three of my AP tests, specifically AP Bio which I hope to get a five on. Lastly, I hope to do well on my SAT or ACT. These three goals are reasonable and achievable. so far I've done a bit of studying for my SAT. But, I still have a lot of room to grow. Additionally, I've kept up in all of my classes. To tell the truth this marching band season has been night and day to my performance last year. August 18th - What is the most creative thing you have ever made? Share what it was and explain why it stands out as your best work.

 The most creative thing that I've made is probably one of my cosplay projects this summer. I made a mask for a character I'm cosplaying through my friends 3-D printer. And I painted the white and red on the mask. Next I had to add the straps to keep it on my face with hot glue. Overall it wasn't hard but the whole cosplay took a lot for work to put together and it stands out to me for that reason.
